Nayeli Urdiales is the founder of Raizen Coaching, a boutique consultancy that bridges intercultural understanding, emotional intelligence, and systemic thinking. With a degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Educational Science (completed in German), and over 15 years of international experience across North and Latin America, Europe and Africa she brings both academic depth and lived insight into her work.
She is currently completing an advanced Coaching certification with the Schulz von Thun Institute for Communication, a renowned model in Germany focused on inner clarity and relational competence. This shapes her unique methodology: grounded, dialogical, and deeply human.
Through one-on-one coaching and tailor-made workshops, Nayeli supports organisations in cultivating inclusive communication, enhancing team dynamics, and leading with awareness — especially in multicultural and evolving environments.
Fluent in Spanish, English, and German, she creates safe and inspiring spaces where people from diverse backgrounds can grow — together.

That is Raizen Coaching.
Raíz — Root
The first part, Raiz- (»root« in Spanish), represents origin, identity, and the inner strength that sustains.
It speaks to depth — a connection with the essential, the earth, and the core of one’s being beyond the transient. Roots are memory, truth, belonging.
-en — Movement
The second part, -en, evokes the German infinitive verb ending, suggesting an active, ongoing, and unfinished process. A verb in its pure state: possibility, movement, transformation.
A Journey Within the Word
In German, »ei« is pronounced like »ai«, making Raizen sound almost identical to Reisen, meaning »to travel«. Not only literal travel, but being on a journey, staying in motion, remaining in process.

This fusion of sounds from two languages symbolizes a bridge between cultures, perspectives, and ways of inhabiting the world.

I support people navigating intercultural and transcultural transitions — I listen with presence, offer grounding, and guide them back to themselves, so they can move outward into the world with clarity and purpose.
My approach holds a dual perspective:
- Cultural uprooting often reveals a deep longing to reconnect with one’s inner roots — a need to return home within.
- At the same time, uprooting can be the catalyst for becoming — for belonging to the world in a renewed, transformed, and uniquely transcultural way.
A way of belonging that doesn’t depend on where you are, but on who you’ve become.
